What do you like best?
Seeing what sales are credited vs non-credited during the month vs after the month is closed. Having a consistent way of disputing non-credited sales.
What do you dislike?
If a person hasn't been trained in the application, it might be hard to understand. It is down sometimes at the beginning of the month. There is a portfolio data portion that needs to be updated it has been over a month and no portfolio data has been added, I don't know if it is Optymyze or our guys. Also if it isn't integrated up front either. I think my main beef is with how our lead3rship rolled it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Personally ever since it went live in my department, my team has had to file disputes and wait months to get them approved. So it has not been positive for me, I am sure they are great guys.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am the end user, so it has solved the way I would dispute by non-credited sales, by doing the dispute during the month than waiting until after the month is closed. Probably for management, it is another tool with awesome reports.
