I also love the online community Topliners where other users can connect and solve problems without calling support and share new ideas to improve efforts!
The training is pretty time consuming but once you get past it you're good to go. Account service fell off the radar during the acquisition by Oracle but finally is back to where I expect it as a long time customer.
Make sure to talk with at least 3 existing customers who are similar to you and your company/organization. Especially recommend those who have switched from other platforms like Marketo. Also look at analyst reports to help you make a decision and make sure to include your Salesforce.com or CRM admin in your evaluation!
