Sends you reminders to approve or submit time. When you enter time start and end in to the system it automatically calculates and show the amount of time worked. This saves a lot of painful algebra.
What do you dislike?
This system is heavily outdated. The platform looks old and gray. Just for me to approve someone’s time on this system takes at minimum 5 clicks. This is even the case when I am clinking on the direct link provided in the reminder emails. I don’t understand why there are so many layers to get to the page I need. These layers are even a security measure. It’s just a horrible platform design. and forget adjusting time that was entered wrong and has passed the payroll deadline. I have to be on the phone with someone on HR just to figure out how to figure that out. Wish this system was more intuitive for something that could be so simple.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This allows the non full time or permanent employees track their hours worked. Since typical full time employees do not need to track the hours worked we the normal for wide system won’t support the folks getting hourly wage.
