What do you like best?

The data and targeting helps us achieve unprecedented results for our clients! We also have a great account team that partners with us to drive the success!

What do you dislike?

The platform could still use some tweaking. I would like to pull my own reports especially.

Amazing account teams will help you set up a killer campaign! OwnerIQ will provide your brand and or clients with amazing data to power your programmatic campaigns!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

OwnerIQ gives us the opportunity to expand our marketing reach outside of our retargeting pools with retargeting like returns! Its great data, which I think is the most important part of a programmatic campaign.

"Data Bidder Company "

What do you like best?

For the most part, the people are nice that you work with. The data they provide on the back-end is easy to work with, and the system used to share the data interim campaign is easy to use, as well.

What do you dislike?

They're a little slow on the uptake -- we will ask them to check to ensure things are right for a campaign, and often times it'll be the day before a campaign is set to launch and they'll come back and tell us something is wrong. It's frustrating.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As far as data companies go, they're fairly easy to work with. They've got individuals with whom you can easily communicate (for the most part), and it's nice to establish that partership.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ownerIQ is helping us to bid online -- we do not have the capability to do that ourselves, so it's great to have a company do the real time bidding so we can sell our digital portfolio to clients with seamless integration.

What do you like best?

I like the conversion performance I have seen over the past 6 months. Very efficient and successful targeting methodology and execution.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to date. Maybe some additional reporting into what specific retailer information is working the best

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving inefficient ticket purchasing from the multitude of display providers available. We have realized that with the right targeting, we can even outperform Remarketing in some cases.

"Great Data for Excellent Conversions"

What do you like best?

OwnerIQ's second party data allows us to deliver ads to consumers who are likely to click on our ads, spend above average time on our site and bounce at a significantly lower rate than other providers.

What do you dislike?

I could use better reporting and an easier to use back end. It is slow to pull information and crashes on my website often.

Having a strong digital presence.

What do you like best?

The account management proactiveness on potential problematic situations.

What do you dislike?

The campaign started to hinder and I would have liked to have seen them cooperate with Placed more since that is what our campaigns primary KPI's were based on to give us the confidence that they were doing all that they could do.

"Agency review of OwnerIQ"

What do you like best?

The team is incredibly communicative and willing to spend the time to inform and listen to their agency clients.

What do you dislike?

We ended up having to cut OwnerIQ from one of our plans due to performance of invalid traffic. We use MOAT to track and verify and OwnerIQ simply was not able to make the adjustment needed to justify keeping them on the plan.

What do you like best?

OwnerIQ taps into the data of some of the largest retailers in the market, leveraging data and insights to drive performance.

What do you dislike?

With a somewhat inconsistent results across campaigns it is sometimes difficult to justify consistent spend.

We have leveraged their managed campaigns to drive conversions on our brand.com. We are using OwnerIQ as a managed partner - not their DSP functionality.

The shopping targeting allowed to be layered on.

The CPM prices can be a bit tricky to add to some of our lower budgeted plans sometimes.
