"Pando needs updating."

What do you like best?

I really do not like this product. It is not easy to use/understand.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the fact that it is not very user friendly. They just launched it with minimal heads up or training.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend that if you decide to give it a try, that you have the Pando team give you a in house tutorial. Because it will really hard to try and figure out yourself.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am supped to use it to look for new customers but It is not easy to use and understand so it does not really get used.

"Easy to use interface"

What do you like best?

I love that it syncs directly to my phone

What do you dislike?

Nothing! It is what I need it to be. It provides instant notifications, and even a group message for my teammates.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Identifying customers instantly as they check into different departments of my store.
