"Fantastic Dashboard for Content Producers"

What do you like best?

Parse.ly takes analytics to the next level. You can create custom reports, setup dashboards in minutes, and have automated email summaries sent to team members based on what they will value most very easily. The average engaged time is also a great feature, something that Google doesn't offer.

What do you dislike?

This is something you need to have the budget for, and that can lead to some pushback. Once you get past that (assuming the funds are there), there is minimal to complain about.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking to greatly improve your content strategy, this is a must in your toolbox!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Custom dashboards for our content creators. This has become a beneficial sales tool for us as well, especially for native advertising programs.

"Pretty good. Different results from Google Analytics."

What do you like best?

Pretty easy to use interface, and I like that the results only show you active time on page, not time people spent with the tab open but inactive. That's more useful info.

What do you dislike?

The interface appears to be very strongly based on Google Analytics. I think they could make it more user-friendly by thinking outside the box more.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try Google Analytics first, there isn't much here that's different, except that it tracks active time on page instead of active and inactive time on page.

What Content Analytics solution do you use?
