The systems is so easy to set up and use. It's really intuitive and even some of the quirky features we need for our business have been easy to set up and accommodate in PeopleHR.
You really can have the system up and running in a very quick amount of time.
We are trying to have as many single sources of information in our business as possible, so integration is the key for us to save unnecessary admin effort moving forward. So, the fact that we can design and publish our own customisable API's is just an amazing feature.
There's really not a great deal we don't like! There are some features which you have to get used to, such as employees being listed alphabetically by first name but that's just getting used to doing things in a different way; they soon become second nature.
If we have found anything that really is wrong with the system, then after discussion with Sat and his team, we either find a better way to do the task in the system or they have improved the system accordingly. They do listen to feedback.
If you need an HR system then this will more than likely fulfil your needs. There may be some large organisations that need to work with legacy systems that may have issues but that's not my field of expertise.
All you need to do is understand what you have in terms of data and process and have a clear plan on what processes can be implemented in PeopleHR. As long as this can be clearly communicated to PeopleHR then they will have a better understanding on how to set up your system.
We needed to move to a new system when we moved away from our outsourced HR provider, HandoverHR. They used a really clunky system which we all had to work around. PeopleHR has enabled us to almost seamlessly transition to a new HR system and be in a better position from the off - it is just simply streaks ahead of what we had before. As we have become more confident and familiar with PeopleHR we have used it more and more as the single information source in our business for anything HR.
Specifically, the ATS has now enabled us to manage our recruitment in-house so much more effectively and without the cost of using an outsourced supplier. It really does make the process work for us.
