The app is is very easy to use and teach to new sales reps. The fact that an order submitted on Pepperi soon appears on Quickbooks reduced the errors between the sales and customer service departments. Finally, updating the catalog on the website is quite easy to learn. Pepperi customer service gets back to you fairly quickly if you have a problem.
The Pepperi website makes it also fairly easy to add new reps and modify the items on the catalog. An update on the website is instantly uploaded on the app once refreshed.
What do you dislike?
The app occasionally crashes and orders sometimes take time to get transmitted to Quickbooks. Also the last app major update earlier this year made it impossible for us to duplicate orders, which was a real time saver. Pictures of products also sometimes fail to upload and we've had several times to delete an account and then recreate it because their orders wouldn't get fully submitted.

Be prepared for the transition to take some time. It took us several phone calls with the Pepperi customer service for the system to be fully operational.

We reduced miscommunication between the sales and shipping departments, saved time to focus on sales and reduced the number of people needed to ship our customers orders.
The app also made it easier for our sales reps to demonstrate our products, email spec sheets and order confirmations to our clients.
