It's very easy to setup, configure and maintain. Users find it easy searching and locating documents. Users also love the workflow feature. You can also define views that are like a query allowing a user to query very specific documents. They can also add additional private filters to these views that only they can use.
What do you dislike?
Security can be difficult to setup and maintain. Email alerts can be difficult to setup and maintain. Perceptive Experience was developed so all of Perceptive features are available via an internet browser. Perceptive Experience has a lot of issues and many of the features have not been made available yet.

This software is very easy to setup and configure. It's also very affordable compared to the competition. It uses concurrent licensing vs. name user licensing. The workflow feature is very easy to setup, deploy and maintain.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been successful in getting employees to stop printing and filing documents. Documents are not being lost since they are stored in the Perceptive Content database. Employees can locate documents much quicker in the Perceptive Content database.
