What do you like best?
It is so easy to use. If I do have a problem, their customer service is very helpful and patient. I also like that the system reminds us of when the reviews are due and reminds us again when they go past due, with reminders every week until they are done!
What do you dislike?
Some of the terms were hard to recognize what they were for. Some of our staff that only access the system once a year, have trouble knowing what the terms mean.

Annual reviews are now being process when they are due. Staff is happier knowing just how they are doing and where they may need to improve. Before, when the reviews were not done in a timely manner and let go for several years, our staff morale was down, because they felt that management didn't think they were important enough to complete the reviews.
