What do you like best?
Perkville has given me the tool to strengthen our relationship with our clients and to provided a greater connection to our community and the services we offer. Our clients LOVE it! It's easy to use on both the business side and consumer side. Perkville support is awesome and they are there to help you grow and enhance your program at every step of the way. Best of all, it has improved our referral rate.
What do you dislike?
Dislike is a strong word. There is nothing I "dislike" about the program. As with any productivity tool, there is always room for improvement. One of which would be a consumer FAQ sheet to give to clients. Although, I've heard this may actually be in the works. It would be awesome to see more offers in the Marketplace which we could offer has rewards.

I consider Perkville a strategic partner in my business. The customer support staff and knowledgeable and are there to help you be successful in using their product. They're active in reaching out to offer advice, support and to just check in to see how things are progressing. The leadership team at Perkville is open to ideas and suggestions and is always willing to listen. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Since launching Perkville in May 2017, I've seen a 37% increase in referrals from other clients! We reward our clients when they sign up for our membership and our membership sales have increased 12% over last year. Our social media activity as increased as have our retail sales. All due to clients receiving points for these activities. I built my Perkville program around rewards which drive revenue generating behavior and it's worked!
