Pipeline Deals has simplified our need to track customers & jobs.

What do you like best?

Pipeline Deals allows a reasonable level of customization whilst remaining simple.

It is easy to set up and make changes. It is also easy for individual users to use.

As it is online it can be easily accessed by everyone/anywhere.

The support from the Pipeline Deals team has always been 2nd to none.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app is lacking in features and usability.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Online solution to track customers and sales. It is very easy to set up and to use. The Pipeline Deals team are excellent at offering advice & support.

There are different levels to suit different needs and all are well priced.

Good For Sales Leads, A Little Complicated For A Full CRM

What do you like best?

The main dashboard, contacts and deals sections are excellent. For lead tracking and an indepnedent CRM, it works great.

What do you dislike?

Comparative to a lot of CRMs out there, Pipeline has a long way to go with integration of other services to truly automate the sales/lead cycle. Working much like HubSpot, it seems to want to centralize everything in the app itself, neglecting the many other apps/services that clients like me would be looking to integrate within it - Pipedrive, Prosperworks and Insight.ly as examples
