"A very efficient application for our sales process"

What do you like best?

Pitcher offered us a great quality of service. We have been impressed by the reactivity of their teams and we appreciate how flexible their platform is to adapt to the specificities of our sales process.

Integration with our Salesforce CRM was easy.

We got great feedbacks on the user experience from our sales team.

Our team can work with a lean interface to manage their activities: Pitcher offers us the ability to be compliant with our global processes but also to add some specific features to suits the specific needs per Business units or Countries.

We highly recommend!

What do you dislike?

The analytics capabilities offered by Pitcher Insight are great but still require some training to be efficiently used.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to have a tool to support the activities of our sales team dealing with Point of Sales and Retailers.

With Pitcher we have an integrated solution with 1 single app to support stock auditing, price checking, merchandising and presentations.

We needed also to have a fully compatible solution with Salesforce.

Pitcher brings us more visibility on the activities of our PoS team (both internal or external sales agents) and great analytics on our positions on the Retail market.

"Customer Relationship Manager for MENA region"

What do you like best?

Having Pitcher app between the hands of our sales people increased their efficiency in a tremendous way, they started even enjoying their daily activities more in addition we started (as Management) having more accurate reports and taking better business decision based on better understanding for our markets.

The cherry on top of the cream is Pitcher support team response is always professional and on time.

What do you dislike?

We had major iOS version changes during the last period and managing more than 2k devices is a challenging process, so we are waiting for the app auto update version which should be in place this month.

This platform can help your sales teams in all their activities regardless of how complex it is.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are getting the marketing cycle closed using Pitcher (CLM) in addition it is being used as offline interface for our backend CRM app.

In addition to the massive data received from the day to day activities on Pitcher which is helping us in understanding our customers and their behaviour.

Nothing, this solution is exactly what we were looking for.

I started working with Pitcher about 1.5 years ago and they have been excellent to work with. They have an amazing product that has truly help our sales force be more efficient and agile in front of our customers. We are currently live in 29 countries across Europe and NA, but will be deploying Pitcher Zero to 146 countries and to every sales rep in our organization. They have helped me put together a tool that is truly a game changer for our sales force.

Having one streamlined tool for our sales force globally to use that can truly bring value to them.

"Very good tool for Field Sales "

What do you like best?

We have done an extensive review of all the Sales Enablement solutions and have found that Pitcher had by far the best and tightest CRM integration (Salesforce.com<http://Salesforce.com><http://Salesforce.com<http://salesforce.com/>> in our case). Next to full offline integration (incl. any updates we make on our CRM) we appreciate their innovation and vision around Sales Enablement as a monolithic app for sales people.

What do you dislike?

Proper deployment and integration requires time and effort, but it was mostly caused by our complex SFDC set up and integration requirements.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pitcher enables each Sales Rep to dedicate time on "Sales" as it efficiently takes care of all admin activities, + provide great variety of media tools to perform engaging and relevant pitches.

What do you like best?

The very good service and support. It is easy and efficient to collaborate with thisprofessional and well experienced team. Open for customier exigences and ideas.

Some little technical exigences were just not feasable.

Realized a full customized e-detailling tool with great user experience and connection with CRM data.

Milestones were fixed and achieved.

Pitcher permits to develope new ideas and to realize them in the best feasable way.

This tool permits to economize a lot of budget fpr promotional materials.

Daily business questions and problems of the salesforce team were solved quickly (data is not synching, clients do not appear, etc.)

"Interactive presentation tool"

What do you like best?

Easy to create interactive presentations with hotspots, and chapters

Ability to link to relevant documents within a presentation

Ability to use the quick jump feature to navigate from an existing presentation to another presentation easily

Ability to create custom slide decks and include whichever pages you wish without having to include all pages within a document

Offline accessibility of the documents

What do you dislike?

When you create a slide deck and include a pdf, the resulting document is a pdf. It would be nice to provide a warning when you include a pdf with powerpoint presentations.

The admin limits the number of documents you can duplicate. If you select all, it doesn't give you a warning. You just have to verify which documents have been duplicated.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The tool offers a lot of flexibility to create presentations. Pitcher's model is for the customer to be self-sufficient. It provides the documentation to assist you to do any required customizations. If the out of the box features are not enough, make sure you have the resources to maintain the presentations and to do any customizations..

We use pitcher for our salesforce to have professional looking presentations while in front of our customers while not having to have an internet connection.

"Medical Marketing implementation in South East Asia"

What do you like best?

We were able to implement Pitcher in couple of countries over a period of few weeks. Seamless integration with Salesforce and ease of use of the iPad application increased reps' efficiency and saved time needed for call preparations, execution and reporting.

Salesforce support was a few clicks aways, always very competent and helpful, very proactive.

What do you dislike?

We were missing territory management, which would help in easy territory rearrangements and in transferring reps from one territory to another.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our medical reps could concentrate on calls, knowing call preparations, presentation materials and reporting is automatically handled by the system. This lead to increased performance and better call quality.

What do you like best?

Excellent platform that is amazingly flexible to fit the design and compliance requirements imposed in global companies. The support provided by Pitcher is excellent and the team reactive.

The most advanced functionalities may require time to implement for beginners

"fantastic customer service, a customisable app to work for your business"

What do you like best?

the simplicity of the app, it is clear, easy to set up and very intuitive

What do you dislike?

the slight limitations in creating custom decks and a few user problems when opening certain documents

the time that is saved for reps to find certain information. Sales people can access selling materials and information in seconds rather than minutes, giving them more time in front of their customers and the giving a better customer experience

"Good software and good people!"

What do you like best?

The software is good, robust.

The people from Pitcher are always positive, proactive. The support is great! They always helped us and found a good solution.

The login procedure and the registration of the users.

Presentation of Marketing material to doctors: print-out and distribution of paper based materials have been substituted with Pitcher.

Pitcher is a fantastic tool that sales reps loves. Makes their life easy and helps them to improve their image in front of customers.

There is a change management necessary with the marketing team, to learn and align how to use the system. Depending on how big is your organization this is a point to consider for deployment.

What do you like best?

User interface, navigation, simplicity and Salesforce.com integration. Pitcher is an agile and dynamic company with strong client focus. Great overall package.

Implementation effort took longer than expected due to various reasons (in-house vs. external decision).

We like best the ease of the system, it is very simple to manage the backend and from an end user perspective it is also very easy to use. You can start from small scale and get more advanced over time.
