What do you like best?

Lead Management System, Real Time Engagement are best for us. LMS help us to track the leads comes in for us and to know how effectively is the follow up is done by our sales team. Real Time Engagement app, gives us quality leads.

What do you dislike?

It should be little more user friendly. To use Most of its engagement tools, we required training and have to know little on HTML language.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For good result, we should use P5 effectively.

We use plumb5 to generate quality leads by engaging website visitors

Segment of One

What do you like best?

Love the technology, True segment of one platform. Various widgets allow real time engagement with your online customers and their ability to treat them as an individual. This brings in possibilities of executing multiple business use cases using the tool. The best of it is its ability to unify data from various sources and bring it on to one platform. Data is a very key aspect of this product as far as we have seen and some of our customers just loved it.

What do you dislike?

New products take time to spread its wings across the world. Very few people who can use the product wisely. This calls for P5 training and creating a lot more P5 certified partners and subject matter experts.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would highly recommend this product to others. As a seasoned marketing person having worked on the very first Unity Mail to Lyris to Unica, I see merit in the product and its ability to unify data from various sources to one single platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved multiple problems using the solution. While for a few customers we have solved Lead Management, allocation and quicker time to response, while for others we have integrated with POS and bring on the data under one umbrella and for some we have solved personalised and real time engagement with online users. As a consultant we have advised customers to use this and the client responses has been amazing. This has really helped us provide more value to our customers at a low cost as compared to other products available in the market.

What do you like best?

The functionality of the system is extremely user friendly. Having the ability to create templates, segment the database, send the emails and track the success is well set up. As a novice, I was able to learn the system quickly. The Followup from Shubha has been excellent. She is friendly, and listens to requests.

What do you dislike?

There are always teething issues with new systems. We have had a few template issues over time, but these continue to be worked on and improved.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I you are seeking a complete emailing and social media system that will help track clients and multiple databases then you will be very pleased with Plumb5.

Shubha has been excellent at helping implement changes, and actually suggesting helpful strategies that will enhance success.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking the marketing to clients and increasing business from existing and new clients.

We have been able to understand where our business is coming from and implement new strategies to increase business in these areas.

We have also implemented strategies to use current website and social media to increase exposure

Easy of use. All key analytics covered and presented in a visually appealing manner ! Data capactured is accurate too

What do you dislike?

ITs a little challenging to customize as per our requirements although I have not spent much time with the tools

I wish Plumb5 team meet physically or virtually and explained if there are any new features or help us understand current features that might be useful for running our business. In the 3 years that we have been their customer this has not happened. Maybe in the future this will change.

We are trying to gauge the customer behavior, location and capture customer data and get more sales

Great Set of Marketing Automation Features and Well Integrated

What do you like best?

Plumb5 has very effectively integrated automation that is needed to monitor, manage and report on the various marketing channels that are deployed by marketers today.

What do you dislike?

Plumb5 still has to finetune some of the features like visitor tracking, UI and reporting that will make their platform unbeatable from a perspective of usability as well as value for money.

A perfect platform for you to kickstart your journey with marketing automation for your company. It definitely ensures that you have access to all the feature sets that most of the other expensive global giants offer at obnoxious prices.

Marketing owns the responsibility to deliver business ROI for the dollars being invested for this it is imperative that you have a marketing automation tool like Plumb5 to help you monitor, manage, measure and report across marketing channels. The platform gives us the confidence of being in control of the value that we plan to deliver to the business.

Very professional software assisting me in concept selling !

What do you like best?

The accuracy, the speed of the software, the flexibility in adding the parameters and fields required for the day to day work, the technical support and many more...

What do you dislike?

The display page in prospect management page is identifies with emails, ideally the names should have been the first identification column, followed with email address.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many to quote, but primarily the follow up of leads and efficiency in converting the lead to business has drastically gone up . The slip and delays of follow up is one of the major problems which is been solved through Plumb5.
