"Pool4Tool Review"

What do you like best?

It is an easy to learn system.

Eliminates a lot of back and forth emails.

Process workflow of tickets is clearly and logically set up.

Immediate access to vendor information.

What do you dislike?

Reassigning tickets can take really long time if you have a long list of PQ's or SC's to reassign. Batch reassignment would be a useful addition to have.

Reporting could be improved. There were a few bugs in the reports that we run.

Would be great to have variety in the types of reports that can be run. Should be able to run reports for all vendor information not just PO's and Invoices.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Understand what your business requires from a systems stand point and then determine whether Pool4Tool is the right solution. Think with business processes in mind as the system is customizable and flexible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking an tracing payments for the various vendors.

It has improved visibility on spending.

"P4T Review"

What do you like best?

Many opportunities to improve efficiency of entire organization. Ability to become a one stop shop both internally and externally.

What do you dislike?

Limited recommendations and tips on initial launch. The fact that the system is so customizable is both a blessing and a curse - we learned the hard way. If given a chance to start over, we certainly would and would take the time to meet with P4T customers who have already learned from their mistakes in the areas we were beginning to tackle.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Know what you want before asking for P4T to provide it. Collaborate! Learn from other's mistakes. Do not customize where you do not need to.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Supplier data retention, document storage, RFQ distribution and quote retrieval, scorecard, eauction, and contract management.

"MHUS experience with P4T"

What do you like best?

Their responsiveness and support for All of your needs as it pertains to sending nd receiving rfqs, cost breakdowns, and in maintaining up pliers contact data.

What do you dislike?

Well, there are no firm dislikes but rather opportunities for improvement on the flexibility to login onour end to help the holier or to see their live screens when they are experiencing issues with submitting rfqs or registering as a vendor.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend that suppliers and customers get on board as this database can export usage, vendor ratings, quality certifications, environmental certifications, and many more lists and documents in one central place.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solved my the delays and historical dat issue by using Pool4Tool. All of this information is exchanged within minutes and the data is stored and can be exported anytime.

We realize the transparency in the data helps us to make sound decisions about who we source, etc.
