What do you like best?
It is an easy to learn system.
Eliminates a lot of back and forth emails.
Process workflow of tickets is clearly and logically set up.
Immediate access to vendor information.
What do you dislike?
Reassigning tickets can take really long time if you have a long list of PQ's or SC's to reassign. Batch reassignment would be a useful addition to have.
Reporting could be improved. There were a few bugs in the reports that we run.
Would be great to have variety in the types of reports that can be run. Should be able to run reports for all vendor information not just PO's and Invoices.

Understand what your business requires from a systems stand point and then determine whether Pool4Tool is the right solution. Think with business processes in mind as the system is customizable and flexible.
