What do you like best?

Postano (also known as Sprinklr Display) is a very good social command center and event social display. The modules are highly customizable and have a sleek look to them. We were previously using Sprinklr's command center before Sprinklr purchased Postano and integrated it into their platform. The command center was not visually appealing and lacked some necessary customization features. Postano fixed those issues to create a compelling package to visualize social data.

What do you dislike?

Postano is quite an expensive way to display data. If you have a huge need to show data in real time, like an event, lobby display or customer service center, it might be worth it. For a small social team, it's more of a luxury item. Postano displays external content, like Instagram posts, really well but seems to struggle with owned content. We wanted to showcase some of our best performing content, but it didn't look that great.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have used Postano as a cool way to display conversations at events. We are still working on fully standing up Postano on displays in our building.

What do you like best?

The platform was incredibly easy and fun to use! The style editor in particular made it easy to make our content -- and conference attendees -- shine. The team was super helpful in jumping in under the gun to get us up and running in no time.

What do you dislike?

I only wish I had more time to explore the possibilities! There wasn't much to not like here. They could probably optimize their onboarding process, though.

This platform is great at what it does -- just make sure you allow yourself time to explore it!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our conference had never been able to showcase the attendees and extremely engaged community during the event. The visualizations allowed people to see themselves and their peers in the spotlight, which encouraged even more participation and conversation.

What do you like best?

This innovative product truly understands the way fans engage with brands at events. The above-and-beyond levels of customer support we get from Postano's Client Success Managers and UX personnel only supplements our decision to activate Postano into as many experiences as we can.

What do you dislike?

nothing--the product is always evolving toward what I need, and it is only a matter of time until it replaces some other software programs we use.

They have visionaries in every department and love to collaborate with clients.

We are able to update attendees in real time at events via social media, as well as provide a medium for them to create conversations that exist beyond the time and space of being onsite. The benefits are too may to list, and we are just happy to have such amazing partners when we design experiences.
