Such an elegant solution

What do you like best?

I love how beautifully and quickly Postwire lets me share media hits we've secured for clients to our clients, their investors and stakeholders. Our clients love it and it's more elegant than sending clients a list of links and excerpts.

We also use it to present key online research to clients as well.

I just love it.

What do you dislike?

It has gotten better over time, but it is still a bit clunky to move items around once you select them, trying to group things together when you are literally just trying to move one from one place to another.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We like to show clients value for their money and Postwire helps us in that conversation. We have also noticed that it's been very helpful to clients, particularly when they are trying to attract investors. One client asked for an investment of $1million -- but was pleasantly surprised when the investor offered $2million. Postwire wasn't responsible for that, of course, but it did let us lay out the narrative of this company as a successful one on the rise and worthy of investment.

Great way to interact with prospects!

What do you like best?

One site and location to control interaction with prospects. Great way to share PDF's, Videos, Proposals, Case studies, and basically everything that you share with a prospect in one place. Much better than email attachments. A great tool when you have multiple decision makers involved in a process. You share email and information can be lost in translation. Particularly helpful if selling software or have a complicated buying process.

What do you dislike?

Having to upload documents rather than just type Text in the fields. Prefer not to just enter text in the comments section. Cost is a bit high for what it is. Maybe some additional functionality would justify the cost.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Just use the trial on a couple of deals and see how it goes.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helping prospects share information with multiple decision makers in a sales process.

It easy to forget when all of the material you share is buried in email. I have seen that my information

gets shared more easily across the organization than when just using email and prospects tend to interact with the content.

What do you like best?

It's a great non-intrusive way of updating a sales prospect about new developments, The analytics behind it also allows you to see what resources they look at.

What do you dislike?

It's not very well known but over time this should change. I have already seen some well known companies starting to use it now.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's a great software to try out and add for the sales process. However, it's difficult to measure an ROI for something like this. It really depends on the type of prospects you encounter.

This places all the resources you refer to while in the sales cycle in a single space for the prospect. The prospect appreciates having it all there and is usually pleasantly surprised to see it updated with new developments as a product evolves.

What do you like best?

Quick and easy to send sales information to clients and prospects.

What do you dislike?

Issues with the Gmail plug-in, sometimes I have to reset my password in Outlook.
