What do you like best?
One site and location to control interaction with prospects. Great way to share PDF's, Videos, Proposals, Case studies, and basically everything that you share with a prospect in one place. Much better than email attachments. A great tool when you have multiple decision makers involved in a process. You share email and information can be lost in translation. Particularly helpful if selling software or have a complicated buying process.
What do you dislike?
Having to upload documents rather than just type Text in the fields. Prefer not to just enter text in the comments section. Cost is a bit high for what it is. Maybe some additional functionality would justify the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Just use the trial on a couple of deals and see how it goes.

It easy to forget when all of the material you share is buried in email. I have seen that my information
gets shared more easily across the organization than when just using email and prospects tend to interact with the content.
