The ease of use, the customer service, Power DMS stays relevant and is always updating based on customer needs. They listen to what the customers have to say and interact with them to see if a new feature is actually usable and does not have any flaws.
I wish "users" who are not admins could see things like their training records or certifications....also miss the pie in the face when an unk error occurred. I also would like it if an admin could change the amount of time until you are automatically logged off.
This product is absolutely worth the money!! It is very user friendly and the webinars are a must do!! The customer service is outstanding. If you cant find the answer in the help section (which is unlikely) you can reach out via chat, email, or phone and get great customer service.
