I love how easy it is to send a survey based on a CRM Dynamics workflow condition. I also love their customer support. They've been very helpful and responsive whenever we've had any issues.
What do you dislike?
The reporting is pretty horrible. For whatever reason, the report does not generate survey questions in the same order as your survey, so if you have an IF THEN conditional question, you'd have to go back into the survey preview to make sense of the questions in the right order. Also - reporting on Matrix questions is absolutely useless data. You have to manually count the responses in Excel to get an accurate count. They could also do a better job to notify clients IN the CRM portal if their PowerSurvey Plus plugin has a new update (we hardly ever go to their website UNLESS there's an issue & most of the time it's fixed after updating the plugin).
Recommendations to others considering the product
PowerSurvey Plus charges by the number of active users in your Dynamics CRM. If you have former employees in your database, make sure to clean them up before installing, as you'll be charged.
