Streamlined patient searches, multiple ways to navigate through different sunsections of patient charts; scheduling is alot better than our previous system.
What do you dislike?
It can sometimes be a bit tricky when you have multiple ways to access the same information. For training purposes this can be confusing at times. Navigation can be a bit confusing as there are multiple ways to get to sub-charts...it is a pro and a con at the same time.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to review patient charts for our therapists. The only issue I have come across with this is a glitch where our therapists cannot access the charts of children they havent seen yet. You need to have a past visit to access this, and they would like to get patient history to prep for intial visit. We have to have office staff print this out ahead of time which is an inconvenience.
