What do you like best?
Customer support is there if you need help with anything! This is huge for us as we have a small IT department and need things to work all the time. Also, the software is very flexible once you get the hang of how it works. We are using it for all of our daily purchasing and its working well.
What do you dislike?
Been using it full time for about a month now, will have to report back more fully later. Initial dislikes are small things that the company is working on fixing. An option to digitally sign on the PO's would be great, The ability to split a single PO into multiple budgets as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely, check it out! We have been super happy so far. After looking at all of the companies I could find out there with similar software this is what we chose to use.
Check your use case, see if it does what you need. If so I highly recommend giving it a try.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using Precoro as a total digital solution for all of our buying. We are running all of our orders through the system, using budgets and many different locations. We were previously using paper and pen and it was a mess. Now we have the ability to see all of our buying habits, see where we can save money, be way more organized, pull up records and have it all laid out in a clean fashion on the computer.
It has been wonderful to use and the company has been there every step of the way.
