Customer support is there if you need help with anything! This is huge for us as we have a small IT department and need things to work all the time. Also, the software is very flexible once you get the hang of how it works. We are using it for all of our daily purchasing and its working well.
Been using it full time for about a month now, will have to report back more fully later. Initial dislikes are small things that the company is working on fixing. An option to digitally sign on the PO's would be great, The ability to split a single PO into multiple budgets as well.
Definitely, check it out! We have been super happy so far. After looking at all of the companies I could find out there with similar software this is what we chose to use.

We are using Precoro as a total digital solution for all of our buying. We are running all of our orders through the system, using budgets and many different locations. We were previously using paper and pen and it was a mess. Now we have the ability to see all of our buying habits, see where we can save money, be way more organized, pull up records and have it all laid out in a clean fashion on the computer.
It has been wonderful to use and the company has been there every step of the way.
We’ve managed to organise a typical catalogue of products for regular bying. Also Precoro helps us to track expenses in terms of cost-centers.
As a purchasing manager I always get clear purchase requests and organise them into one purchase order for sending to the supplier. Then the stock managers register received items in the system, so we can compare what we have ordered with what have we received anytime and from any location.
Frankly speaking, I believe that only purchasing manager should know our company’s vendors info. But our requesters also see the vendors’ titles in our products catalogue. It’s not critical, but it’s a kind of info I would like to keep private.
Just remember, how many tools we have had to use and how many information was lost.

-That there isn't an importing capability (yet) for our bills which I thought was an option when we committed to the platform.
-That you can't change several elements of the PO once you are on the second stage of raising it (i..e when you are entering product information). e.g. if you have raised to the wrong supplier you can't then change this. Even when an approver requests a re-work. You should be able to change all elements of a PO when requested including supplier info.
-That you can't select what will appear on a PO document to be sent to suppliers. This should be flexible.
-If a PO is approved but needs changing you should be able to make changes and then send through approval flow again.
-Should have all information available when pulling a PO excel report e.g. budget information, external number etc. I don't understand why this information is restricted as you can easily delete columns once you've pulled the report.
-Should include PO amount as well as all bill information when pulling a bill report.
Online trackable approval process (as opposed to paper-based which was inefficient and time wasting).
Online tracking of budgets to see that we are on track.
A better way of tracking bills than just manual (once import function is available).

The most of problematic issues are related to supplier, not Precoro: delivery terms, catalog relevance etc.

The best thing was an items catalog. It really helps to manage purchasses much faster.
As we often create the same pucrhase orders, it would be good to have an option to repeat or duplicate an order.
