Impressive AI software

What do you like best?

It requires minimum human effort to provide impressive results and without the need of a data scientist. It is also very intuitive, so you don't need to follow any complicated manual in case you are not very techie !

I am very impressed with its performance and how it can ease workload as well as saving costs and time on such an important part of the business like the customer experience.

What do you dislike?

The live chat is not 24/7, but the alternative support channels are very speedy assisting. Could be even easier to use for non data science literate people, but it is fairly easy to use without technical help.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is such an impressive software that we are delighted. It relieves workload on customer inquiries/complaints and requires minimum human effort to set up and start running.

It does have however a human-in-the-loop element, so if it does get stuck, it will ask for help. Really nice AI product!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Speeds up processes and relieves workload regarding customer complaints and inquiries.

It definitely can ease workload and is well worth its price, if not cheap considering all the collateral savings you can potentially have for your business.

Great analytics for text data

What do you like best?

My client is able to use so much more of their data as they just didn't have enough resources to analyse all of their text Voice of Customer data. It automatically transforms the text data into structured form so their data scientists are saving so much time not having to do this themselves.

What do you dislike?

Maybe some of the visuals could be better but they are improving.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Identifying resolutions in complaints quicker, using more contact center data, analyzing survey responses faster, finding out what customers are actually saying online as it happens.

We were going to recruit a further data scientist but have been able to out that on hold for now.

What do you like best?

Very intuitive and automatised , even without technical knowledges. It helps a lot to save time while you are working and this is the most important thing for me while I´m working

the support team is not always really good as another softwares

Amazing for automation and insight

The GUI isn't amazing although is quite easy to use.

What do you like best?

PrediCX allows you to leverage the experience you have in your business (key people) and easily automate the outputs. The fact that PrediCX continuously learns means I can keep up with customer's changing needs.

What do you dislike?

It makes my previous strategy of needing to recruit several data scientists obsolete, which is kind of embarrassing.

Using customer text based feedback to derive actionable insights that we can use in the business.
