What do you like best?
It requires minimum human effort to provide impressive results and without the need of a data scientist. It is also very intuitive, so you don't need to follow any complicated manual in case you are not very techie !
I am very impressed with its performance and how it can ease workload as well as saving costs and time on such an important part of the business like the customer experience.
What do you dislike?
The live chat is not 24/7, but the alternative support channels are very speedy assisting. Could be even easier to use for non data science literate people, but it is fairly easy to use without technical help.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It is such an impressive software that we are delighted. It relieves workload on customer inquiries/complaints and requires minimum human effort to set up and start running.
It does have however a human-in-the-loop element, so if it does get stuck, it will ask for help. Really nice AI product!

Speeds up processes and relieves workload regarding customer complaints and inquiries.
It definitely can ease workload and is well worth its price, if not cheap considering all the collateral savings you can potentially have for your business.
