"great interface"

What do you like best?

It's great for sharing out content. Really the platform is so flexible that if you can think of the system you'd like to connect it with, it can definitely do that. Responsive grid design, modern fonts, fast interface. I really like the flexibility.

What do you dislike?

More customization would be great, but it makes sense why it's not possible to adjust the widget width/height. It'd be nice if there was an option to add custom code on top of it. If there were other activities that could populate throughout the interface, that'd also be nicer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Yes try it out, it's a great tool for both market and product research. Modern user experience and easy to navigate the admin side of it, only bugs with logging in sometimes..

"Pressly Saved My Life"

What do you like best?

Pressly is one of the most user friendly platforms I have ever used. It is very easy to add or share links which makes creating different newsletters that much easier. On top of a great platform, the customer service team at Pressly is second to none. I have been helped reconsolidating mailing lists and the colleagues seem genuinely interested in helping you and your business!

What do you dislike?

There really isn't much that I dislike about Pressly. I have been using this platform for about 4 months now and I have never had an issue with deploying newsletters or adding content... or anything for that matter!

Highly recommend this product, not only because it is easy to use but because the quality of service you receive !

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pressly is a huge help to our business. Every week we deploy a newsletter with our new content which includes blogs, articles, case studies and more! The different mailing lists allows us to target specific zones in order to measure how well the newsletters are doing which is fabulous!

"We've connected our employees who do have email through the Pressly tool."

What do you like best?

This product is east to use just like any standard social platform. As an administrator, it isn't extremely time-consuming to post the snackable content that we want to distribute to our audience. Also, if we have any issues, the Pressly Support Team is there whenever you need with prompt and friendly service.

What do you dislike?

We have not had any negative feedback for the Pressly team since we implemented last year. Everyone has been extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful with our needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to solve the problem of getting information to employees at various locations who do not have email. They are part of a specific exemplary group who need updates re: programs, company announcements, etc. It has been wonderful for us to see the levels of engagement rise and the types of content that they gravitate towards.

"Pressly | Your Solution for Mass Communication to Specific Audiences"

What do you like best?

The newsletter feature is wonderful. Wrapping up all the content posted throughout the week at the click of a button is beneficial. Additionally, the integration of content we were already sending out company-wide was a start for our Pressly News Hub.

What do you dislike?

In the post-acute care industry, and healthcare in general, firewalls are tough to get through for good reason. During the on boarding process, there was a large chunk of time dedicated to "syncing" Pressly with our company in terms of security, e-mails, etc. I've also experienced a few issues posting on certain browsers (Chrome & IE) - I currently have to use Firefox to access the webpage. BUT, a few other content creators I work alongside don't have this issue.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main benefit is seeing engagement stats from posts. we're able to see which content the users want more of / aren't reading / opened but not clicked, etc. This helps to customize the content that is being broadcast to what the users want!

"Powerful content tool"

What do you like best?

The platform allows for internal and external content sharing with various privacy settings which make it very easy to use for teams and branding. The newsletter functionality is very efficient and saves time.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far - it seems to provide every service one can think of, tailoring it for different utilization might prove to be useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Spend time to get to know it's nuances, without doing that one will never learn how powerful this tool can be across different teams, businesses and verticals.

Pressly is currently being used for our own external branding, internal communication as well as newsletter creation. The easy sharing via Chrome plug-in and newsletter are very useful and definitely a value add.

"Pressly Review"

What do you like best?

I found Pressly extremely solutions oriented and reactionary. We had some issues in terms of timing at the initial launch stage of our campaign and the team worked around the clock to help solve our problems (including over the weekend).

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I would say was lacking was some design capablility. We had to do a lot of heavy lifting on our end to provide the files necessary to have all areas of the website correct.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were trying to solve having ongoing content for our clients that our team didn't have to develop from scratch. Pressly was able to provide that to us at a minimal cost.

"Such a clean platform that's incredibly versatile."

What do you like best?

I love the seamless integration with social platforms. Adding photos to posts is quite novel as well, providing the opportunity to customize the look and feel incredibly easily.

What do you dislike?

At first, I was a little confused by the navigation but after a small learning curve all became smooth.

We're trying to provide quality content to our users. We also want a platform that can provide the clean look we were going for, combined with the latest in multiple platform integration opportunities.

What do you like best?

That is very user friendly. I walks through step from content to launch. Not really expensive in terms of like software.

What do you dislike?

I cant think anything I didn't like about it. It help me provide content to my consumer base.

When I ran into problems it was because I was learning and the tech support was there to help.

"Our Pressly Experience "

What do you like best?

The easy to use platform. The customer service. The data we get that helps us prove it's all working.

What do you dislike?

Our IT department's inability to cut through our ridiculous firewalls. No notification feature yet.

Ensure your IT team is involved in the set up and requirements conversation. Ensure you have the team bench strength needed to find / upload content on a regular basis.

Higher engagement of a group of employees who have no email addresses. Gone from 0% - 32% engagement in a very short period of time. Finally have data that shows how many employees are absorbing corporate content.

The aesthetics are crisp and clean. Easy to use.

Sometimes the system glitches. Title image generator needs to be smarter, people dont want to spend time adjusting.
