What do you like best?
So simple and quick to use. Great for 360 reviews, keeps everything organized and on target. Simple to send reminders to participants, and analyzes the data. Keeps questionnaires within the system and easy to edit them as needed. Sending out reviews is very simple and I like how you can classify the employee review by manager, peer or other, so you can see the difference in reviews. I also like how you can export the number results to use the data in way that helps the organization. Would highly recommend!
What do you dislike?
You can get a printout of the number results but it is difficult to get a printout of the open ends by employee, this would be helpful to have in one file so you can give the manager the total report by team. Also would be great to have a way for managers to view their results easily. But overall I love the platform!!

This is a very good product and does what it says it does. It helps to drive the companies performance measurement in the right direction both for the company and the employee. Simple to use and everything is in one location. Highly recommend!

Simple way for small businesses to administer performance management at a low cost. Employees love to give feedback in a very private way. Will help to form career paths. You can see the results and it is good to have the strengths and weaknesses to discuss with employee. Also the self evaluation is helpful to get a bench mark before the manager sits and speaks with the employee, it gives them a chance to see how employee feels ahead of time.
