Shotfarm is a clean, user-friendly interface that will continually improve as the team releases regular enhancements. Has already been a huge time saver for us in creating a consistent shopping experience for our brand in the eComm channel as we are able to quickly gather current marketing content and assets (and rename if needed) for our customers, ensuring that they have the most current versions.
Folders allow users to quickly isolate a specific subset of assets and essentially create a user-friendly product catalog that can also be shared externally with anyone that has partner level access. Alternatively, ZIP file downloads can be created and emailed to non-Shotfarm users--functionality similar to Dropbox. Data access can also be controlled on a per field basis.
The ability to push content directly to Shotfarm product content network partners is also a huge feature that can save significant time in filling out customer templates or filing helpdesk tickets.
Customer support is ultra-responsive as well.
There is an export size limit that you will have to contend with if you have a large number of assets. You are also currently limited to exporting data sheets in CSV format only which can lead to formatting issues if opened directly in Excel (i.e. leading zeroes from UPC codes are dropped)--but this is ultimately an Excel issue.
