What do you like best?
Promys has a fantastic team supporting them who are always willing to help, train, etc. The full software is always available via any web browser, and we have never experienced down time unless the internet breaks. There is a bit of a learning curve, but, once you know it, you and your team will always be able to find what you need and track your orders and projects quickly and easily.
What do you dislike?
Being that it is entirely web based, it can be a little slow, particularly at peak internet traffic times. Promys has done a lot of work to make this better, and this is a common problem to many platforms. It's also not quite as customizable as some may wish. While Promys is always willing to listen, and add features that would benefit all their clients, having them add one specific feature for you is less likely (though not impossible, and it can take a long time). Aside from that, a truly great platform. Excited to see what the future holds for this great company.

Again, this is a great team to work with. They will help you transition all your data in, and walk you through any challenges you may face step by step. In terms of software, this is a one-stop shop that will manage all your business needs well.

We had several disconnected systems managing the different aspects of our business. As we continued to grow we started experiencing challenges around managing our clients, quotes and orders. We were duplicating effort for project tracking, entering the same data into multiple systems, and having to access multiple systems in order to get a complete picture of the status of a project or order. PROMYS addressed all of our needs in a single software solution, providing seamless, real-time multi-location visibility into all aspects of our business, anytime we want it.
