What do you like best?
Property Matrix has all the bells and whistles that we wanted, while still being affordable and easy to operate. Their customer service/support team is outstanding! Implementation of a new software is always troublesome, but their team broke it down, so it wasn't so overwhelming. They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.
What do you dislike?
There are a few minor nuances that are odd, but they take customer feedback very seriously and are currently constructing an update that will remove those oddities. Again, their customer service/support team is outstanding!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The classic problems of time management, accessing data whenever and wherever we need it, and fear of data loss due to a computer failure. We were using an old property management software that only lived on an old computer and took a long time to load each screen. By switching to Property Matrix, we have the benefit of a cloud-based service that allows us to access the program anywhere and loads quickly. We are also not beholden to one specific computer and can utilize our new hardware without fear of the computer crashing and mass data loss.
