Easy CRM

What do you like best?

Ease of set up, could do it myself. Easy to use. Connects right to my email without a lot of support. Good customer service and helpful training. They area always willing to provide new things and tools at no additional cost.

What do you dislike?

Reporting dashboard is not customizable.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The support is good so if I can learn it any salesperson can and they don't need to add in a lot of time to do the reporting, it captures their emails, just a few notes on the calls and it does the rest. The feature of looking up emails and linkedIn is great. When you have salespeople who think Salesforce is too time consuming, this is the one will make it so easy they will use it.

centralized place for leads and prospects. Easy to add new leads and track in google calendar.

Effortless integration, low learning curve, great features

What do you like best?

Works from your existing Gmail/G Suite inbox. Completely transparent. Makes you more productive with zero effort. All emails including bulk campaigns are sent from your GSuite account, not from a bulk mail server. When you contact Salesforce.com, they lead you through a long discovery process, recommend integration consultants and charge exorbitant fees. Prosperworks just turns on within your existing email and works immediately. Try the free trial.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike. It just works within gmail. This approach is far superior than having to manage email and customer contact data separately.

Prosperworks in a Beverage sales industry

What do you like best?

I like the organization of the entire program, the search engine in particular. I can find anything I need that has been mentioned in the CRM or my Gmail in seconds. For example, lets say I type in "John Doe Sale". The search engine will organize my most recent communications with John Doe, John Doe's contact info, his Sales "Pipeline" (aka an ongoing outlined sales call log), and any other details (such as third party communications about a sale to John Doe).... All within the search bar. Convenient!

What do you dislike?

I wish the access to record simple Notes was a bit easier. Its a jumbled page on each contact.

Its super easy to learn, especially if you already have a hold of the Google apps.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My company has gained such clear communication through Prosperworks by the shared database and access to other workers' recordings and input.

Best CRM for Google G-Suite and GMail users

What do you like best?

Easy to use and even easier to get your data input.

What do you dislike?

Project management is easy but lacks some of the high-end features.

Ask for a competitive price if you are moving over from another CRM (don't wait!)

Our Client information is not easy to find and maintain. Task management and delegation is a snap! Integrates with our G-Suite account and data seemlessly.

Great way to manage tasks and contacts and is fully integrated with Gmail and Gmail Contacts.

What do you like best?

How easy it is to use and that it can update your Google contacts as you add contacts into Prosperworks.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I dislike about the software.

A Must-have for CRM Management!

What do you like best?

Highly customizable, user-friendly, and doesn't require a PhD in computer programming to implement.

What do you dislike?

report-building is very basic. Needs to be more robust
