Ease of set up, could do it myself. Easy to use. Connects right to my email without a lot of support. Good customer service and helpful training. They area always willing to provide new things and tools at no additional cost.
Reporting dashboard is not customizable.
The support is good so if I can learn it any salesperson can and they don't need to add in a lot of time to do the reporting, it captures their emails, just a few notes on the calls and it does the rest. The feature of looking up emails and linkedIn is great. When you have salespeople who think Salesforce is too time consuming, this is the one will make it so easy they will use it.

I like the organization of the entire program, the search engine in particular. I can find anything I need that has been mentioned in the CRM or my Gmail in seconds. For example, lets say I type in "John Doe Sale". The search engine will organize my most recent communications with John Doe, John Doe's contact info, his Sales "Pipeline" (aka an ongoing outlined sales call log), and any other details (such as third party communications about a sale to John Doe).... All within the search bar. Convenient!
I wish the access to record simple Notes was a bit easier. Its a jumbled page on each contact.
Its super easy to learn, especially if you already have a hold of the Google apps.
