Time Tracking made simple

What do you like best?

ProWorkflow provides the team with an easy way to track their daily activities, monitor their productivity and ensure projects and tasks deadlines are met. It has a simple drag and drop feature and will display only tasks the specific user is assigned to. Accounts can readily access any expenses for invoicing. Projects can be completed and archived easily and conveniently. Switching between staff to monitor their time is a simple process.

What do you dislike?

A cumulative tracking of time is required. Unfortunately, when logged in as a single user (as opposed to "all staff") you can only see the time you've contributed to a task. If multiple people are working on a project at any given time, you're unable to see how many hours in total have been used against any allocated project. Also, it's basically a right of passage for new staff members to accidentally "complete" tasks despite training as it's very tempting to click the circle button.

Use ProWorkflow to ensure your team are across what projects, tasks and clients you are working on. All our staff are trained, use and enjoy PWF and the benefits it brings.

ProWorkflow is an efficient time tracking tool used in our agency to monitor and bill time, and generate hours reports for the purposes of billing. It has been a useful tool in ensuring projects come in under time and under budget, and provides early warning signs if a project is likely to go over.

Lots of features

What do you like best?

Proworkflow has lots of features that make keeping a project organized easy. I like the communication function because conversations are shown as threads and I hate chasing down which e-mail was the last one sent.

What do you dislike?

There are too many steps to set up a project. I'm not crazy about the interface.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I found it pretty easy to use but some of my clients did not. There's a lot going on in the interface and some clients find it confusing. I had to look for a tool with a simpler interface to make it easier for my clients.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I wanted to maintain communication in a central location and to facilitate collaboration. ProWorkflow makes it easier to keep files together and organized for my projects.

ProWorkflow great for tracking projects!

What do you like best?

Instead of managing projects through email strings, which often get broken, someone gets left out, etc. This has all that built in. We have double approvals for all our emails. We use this tool to share the project, gain additions/subtractions, then have everything in one area for tracking. We have had clients comeback to say something was not approved, when we have their timestamp saying they did.

What do you dislike?

We had some difficultly initially setting things up. After using it for a couple projects, seeing how it worked, things are now working well. Time spent ahead of time thinking things through is beneficial.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned, we have used this for our email program. We have content that is to be submitted to us, we build the program, and then send it off for final review(s) before sending. This program helps us do everything to track the input and progress of the project. It also helps us assign and adjust workload as we can see who has too much, or too little to do. Nifty tool to have if you have multiple people with multiple input on a project.

Our Command Central

What do you like best?

We've used PWF for years and love it. Fantastic customer service. Great product with lots of collaboration with other products we use - QuickBooks, GoogleDrive, Calendars...

What do you dislike?

Need it to interact a bit more with Quickbooks to automate some more of my processes. Would like the ability to rename some of the tabs. ie would change Quotes to Estimates.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Better than most softwares. Seems like a lot of set up - but it's worth it. PWF will do so much.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time tracking. Central location for all job details. Ability to report extensively on just about anything we need to know.

ProWorkflow is easy and straightforward for project management.

What do you like best?

I like the simplicity of the design. The page layout is straightforward and your projects and deadlines are all listed without having to navigate to a separate page.

What do you dislike?

The daily emails reminding you of tasks. This is an important feature in all project management softwares but I wish there was a way to change the status to "awaiting client approval" so it doesn't look like its overdue on your part.

Better than other management systems out there that i have used in the past.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The system keeps me organized. If i didn't have it i would not be able to track my projects efficiently.

beefed up time tracking system

What do you like best?

ProWorkFlow offers different options to enter time to make it quickly and easy (and for anyone working at an agency, this is a huge plus!) its layout is simple and users can have different views based on their needs (time entry, project management, billing, etc)

What do you dislike?

Did not realize changing the theme would change things universally for our team. Would be nice if proworkflow offered a dashboard that could be decluttered and personalized for each user.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Easy to use platform that helps productivity rather than hinder. Many different ways to view and track data.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time entry and time tracking. Getting a gauge of each employees billable rate and hours spent. Having a system to keep things clear and not be a huge time commitment to update and run is the right fit for us.
