Creo is really starting to improve their user interface and usability. There are multiple ways to make selections and construct features now, allowing users to use Creo in a way that suits them rather than conforming to the process.
What do you dislike?
Stability of Creo is pretty unpredictable. Random crashes are common. Most of the code is pretty old, so certain quirks and inefficiencies are never addressed. Although most of the interface is modern, there are still places you can find the old "menu manager" from the pre-Wildfire days.

Utilizing top down design techniques along with the Windchill PDM package, we are able to develop products with engineering teams in the US, Finland, China, and India working in tandem as well as control the flow of information among these teams. This has increased engineering output and helped to improve the quality of work from the offshore teams.
