What do you like best?
- easy set up; can be implemented using Google Tag Manager so it doesn't require dev work
- lots of options for customization (adding your own logo, colors, adding a time delay to the pop-up, configuring surveys based on specific user actions on the site)
- let's the user easily skip questions
- great and quick support
What do you dislike?
- The data download feature is a little clumsy. The way the data is formatted is not easy to digest, needs a lot of extra formatting work/scrolling.

We are using Qualaroo to learn more about our users and better understand why they are using the product, what their use cases are, what they like, dislike and what features would benefit them. We were able to identify some user pain points that we had never heard about before and we discovered new use cases that help us better position our product in the market and build features that speak to our users needs.
