Easy Program to Understand and Attentive to All needs

What do you like best?

Quick Mobile's platform is easy to understand for even the most basic layperson. But even better, for those of us who have a basic understanding of web design or software development, their GUI interface makes it so simple to create the perfect app for your event. I also love that Quick Mobile is so responsive to feedback!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the simplicity does get int he way of the creativeness that I'd like to explore. For example, within the development tool, you can add or remove specific features. But most features are only capable of being used one time, despite that you may want to use one feature for multiple purposes in your event. I've submitted my suggestions to the team for further development so that in the future this is something we can take advantage of.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking for an easy product that is simple to understand and even simpler to use, Quick Mobile is the answer. It's perfect for a general layperson who doesn't know anything about apps or for somebody who has a more extensive knowledge. Their support team is wonderful at assessing the individual needs of their client.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a top 10 furniture retailer who has used the app for two different purposes - a major conference of over 500 people and, a customer-focused multi-day event. The software was easily able to be adapted to each event.

Quick Mobile Rocks

What do you like best?

From start to finish during initial conference calls, to emails and impromptu calls, during our actual conference, and even after the event, our contacts made everything happen quickly and effectively. For a last minute emergency Dave and Team made something that would usually be requested to have 2-3 days to complete, happen in hours! On-site, Erin provided incredible help and was a blast to work with.

What do you dislike?

That we only really need to work with them once a year (annual conference). There were a few capabilities we were looking for that they did not currently offer, but they committed to working on being able to provide those in the future.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Set up training time. They'll walk you through everything ahead of time so that you can practically run it without help, even though they provide on-site assistance.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using the App as an overall guide for attendees of our conference. Including scheduling, speaker bios, surveys, presentations, photo gallery, business information/documents, etc.

Effortless from start to finish!

What do you like best?

Quickmobile was an amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Tomy, my Customer Success Manager, was integral in the success of our recent National Sales Meeting and Supplier Fair app. The experience of information management was effortless. Every question I had was met with a quick and informative reply. In the project management preplanning our timeline stayed on track and we were well prepared before our event began. Everyone within the Quickmobile organization was pleasant to deal with. Our sales force used the app with ease and pulling reports on the back end was a breeze. We will definitely be working with Quickmobile again in the future.

What do you dislike?

I wish Quickmobile could help with many other facets of our business!

Awesome experience with QuickMobile

What do you like best?

QuickMobile was easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable. The price was right and the app made my event even better. The delegates and employees utilized the schedule of events frequently and I was able to make changes on the spot, if needed. QuickMobile ensured our company positioning in technology and sustainability were met.

What do you dislike?

What I wanted the app to do hasn't been developed yet -- by any vendor.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The people at QuickMobile are knowledgeable and will treat you with kid gloves if you're new to using a mobile app. They are responsive and offer an excellent product.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication and sustabilibility. We needed to be able to communicate with our registrants whenever and wherever during the event. The app solved that challenge. Schneider Electric also puts a lot of focus on sustainability. We were able to use the app instead of print programs; thereby not only standing behind our sustainability claim but also keeping costs low.
