What do you like best?
From start to finish during initial conference calls, to emails and impromptu calls, during our actual conference, and even after the event, our contacts made everything happen quickly and effectively. For a last minute emergency Dave and Team made something that would usually be requested to have 2-3 days to complete, happen in hours! On-site, Erin provided incredible help and was a blast to work with.
What do you dislike?
That we only really need to work with them once a year (annual conference). There were a few capabilities we were looking for that they did not currently offer, but they committed to working on being able to provide those in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Set up training time. They'll walk you through everything ahead of time so that you can practically run it without help, even though they provide on-site assistance.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using the App as an overall guide for attendees of our conference. Including scheduling, speaker bios, surveys, presentations, photo gallery, business information/documents, etc.
