The fact that we have an international presence requires us to be able to provide quotations in multilingual formats. QuoteWerks allows us to fully customize the layouts.
What do you dislike?
The integration to our CRM could have been stronger. While we can migrate to Opportunities in SugarCRM and create new records and even schedule follow up calls in CRM, the process circumvents our CRMs data requirements, rendering the final record incomplete. There are also certain reports that could be a little more "robust".
Recommendations to others considering the product
Review your sales model and understand the applications that need to communicate with one another - notably, CRM. CRM and QuoteWerks should work hand-in-hand, as both will drive sales.

Greatly assists our pipeline management, allow us to report on capture ratios. We can also quickly review historic data for line items while quoting in a Cost+, List- or static/contract price structure.
