"Great Resource (Market Survey Salary) - Basis for our entire employee base"

What do you like best?

Very comprehensive data for all US markets and most international markets. We've mapped and based our entire workforce around comparing it to all of our employees and the functions they do.

What do you dislike?

Information can be complicated to understand and you have to submit employee data to get employee data. But then again that's the entire point of a "market salary survey" so it's understandable.

Focus on their market salary data.

"All in One Solution"

What do you like best?

Easy to see compensation and benefits software

What do you dislike?

Complicated, unintuitive pages that do are not easy to follow

Implement it in phases within the company

"The gold standard comp market survey for life sciences (and technology) "

What do you like best?

I've had our HR department use Radford to understand market-based compensation in our industry (life sciences). The surveys are super-detailed, organized by company size, and with salary information ranging from plate washers to various technicians, to scientist levels, and to management. Equity compensation information is also included, and Radford also publishes regular newsletters on salary changes and trends

What do you dislike?

This is the gold standard - so it is priced accordingly. However, it can be a great tool in the war for talent

Recommendations to others considering the product

The level of accuracy and detail for compensation information, at least in life sciences, is unmatched. Most HR departments at the larger biotech/pharma companies have access to Radford, as do smaller VC-backed companies. Recommend this as the go-to-source.
