What do you like best?

Overall you can get really granular with Radius. We work in the Food Tech space and one of the things that attracted us to Radius was the ability to get granular with the data. If we wanted to find produce vendors or fine dining restaurants the Radius functionality allowed us to do that.

What do you dislike?

Once we narrowed down the industry we wanted to target getting actual clean data become a problem. Once we narrowed down the information to first and last name and wanted to include email our results become much smaller. If we avoided emails the data set become larger. But a lot of times after we called the business we found out the person we got no longer worked there, had not worked there in the past 10 years or even worse. It put our salespeople in a bad position on the phone.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure Radius is really the correct tool for you to use. It is an extremely powerful tool, and pretty expensive. There is so much functionality you can leverage. The good news is that there is always someone from Radius ready to help you out and get the most out of the tool.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were solving the ability to get a number of leads into our CRM and give our salespeople well-qualified leads before they reached out. It is a huge time investment for people to research leads, and what radius gave us is the ability to target our different industries and help eliminate a lot of research that our sales people were doing.

Fantastic Product

What do you like best?

Radius offers direct customer relationship management (CRM) integration, enabling marketers to visualize where they have historically had success and identify the top opportunities to pursue next- Completely agree with this statement.

What do you dislike?

As of now, I didn't find anything except the pricing of the software & specific to Small and Medium industry.

The user interface is very clean and simple. Easy to use! Go for it.

Great Tool for Market Research and Prospecting

What do you like best?

Radius is easy to use and is particularly useful in comparing territories and verticals. I've used it to research different markets, as well as generating our initial pipeline of contacts. Their support team is quick to answer my questions.

What do you dislike?

Some contact information is not accurate and setting up verticals or other search criteria can be a bit cumbersome. There are a few UX glitches that they seem to be working on (deleting verticals or territories).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Market expansion and research. Easily building a pipeline of new contacts with considerably accurate information about the small business marketplace. Much better than other sources we looked at.

Good tool for reps to use.

What do you like best?

A very simple way for reps to get additional contact info for a company or verify the info they have is correct. It also can plug right into the CRM.

What do you dislike?

Depending on the industry you are pulling leads from, the info can be very spotty or incomplete. It seems like more of a verification of info rather than one to count on for new info when it comes to contact information.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This solves 2 issues for us generally:

1. A quick reference for reps to check contact info, basic business info, and online presence

2. Provides nearby competitors of the business we are calling that it "thinks" are not in our system, which reduces some prospecting time for reps.

Review of Radius

What do you like best?

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The level of details in the questions is great too. I used the trial version would definitely consider using it in future.

What do you dislike?

It is great the way it is now.Perhaps, incorporating more popular apps. I would also recommend working on marketing Radius. Not many people know about it. I will provide more feedback as I use it more.
