What do you like best?
I love the simplicity of the user experience and our ability to apply a company-specific skin, combined with the power of the search engine. Also appreciate the learning pathways options and the addition of the new video analysis tool.
What do you dislike?
I would like them to implement full text search with the knowledge repository. Reporting options are still being refined.

Be sure you take extra care in building a robust, yet simple taxonomy. The quality of taxonomy will drive the success of the user experience.

1. Sales teams lose time searching for content housed on multiple platforms instead of focusing on the client.
2. Inability to manage versioning. CR brings single sourcing capability.
3. Needed to be able to build agile skills and product trainings that included the assets housed in the knowledge repository.
