What do you like best?
The quality of conversations for both audio and video.
The easy to use interface (phone pad on screen) for the users of the software. Not much of a learning curve for our users in the field, which means we spend time on other things.
Easy installation on the client side workstations. We use our deployment toolkit and created a custom installation package to push out on demand.
Back end configuration for users makes for easy administration
What do you dislike?
Small detail - and mostly related to our own networking setup. The back end communications over a secure network is a challenge to configure correctly. Our network offers a very complex web of firewalls over various remote sites. Allowing for some communications was a challenge in setup.
