The nice neat demographic data is wonderful. With the Salesforce integration, I can easily see demographic data for any contact, lead, account, opportunity, or custom object. I was spending hours trying to compile useful reports on demographic data of zip codes and this took a tenth of the time I would have spent. I was able to quickly implement these findings into reports and dashboards to quickly pinpoint where our business development team should be focusing their time.
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more MSA categories. The MSA categories do not match our company's standard MSA's that we have been using for years and built our data around.
Recommendations to others considering the product
This is a great tool for gaining demographic insight into your data. I have done plenty of research and no one else is offering this same set of data in a nice, easy to digest format.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been able to pinpoint which accounts to go after based on demographic data. This means business development representatives can focus on attracting the accounts we really want and not the ones in less desirable areas based on demographics.
