What do you like best?
The ability to keep all information in one place. I was able to communicate our needs and the consultants understood what we were trying to do.
What do you dislike?
The Reports feature is difficult to use. RelationEdge set us up with a custom Lists object instead of using Campaigns, and it is easy to add Contacts but it is more complicated to pull them into a list on a Report from a Custom Object.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make sure the scope is outlined in as much detail as possible. My understanding and expectations were higher for integration. I also learned at near-completion that our integrations with Constant Contact and Outlook were not going to work the way I thought they would. We are non-profit and have limited resources, and they were excellent at staying within budget.
