" Great new way to communicate!"

What do you like best?

Relay is a unique way for businesses to reach frequent customers through the commutation channel they use most. It is also very easy to use for both the user and the customer.

What do you dislike?

When it comes to downloading another app or creating an online profile to make payments, most customers don’t want to take the extra step. As technology consultants we are always looking for new ways to streamline these processes.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Many of our customers are facing the challenges of finding new ways to connect with their customers on a more persona level. Not only is Relay helping to achieve that but also offering a channel for online ordering that avoids the fees and monthly commitment of the many online ordering options that are out there.

"Relay User Friendly"

What do you like best?

Easy to function. The entire system is not hard to understand. Very direct instructions / ways to use it.

What do you dislike?

This system is not the best for training individuals. It is great when you are in the system and understand how to use it, but starting off with this as a training tool may confuse the new employee.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling.

"So simple and efficient"

What do you like best?

The system is user friendly and easy to understand.

What do you dislike?

There is a lesrning curve but most new employees catch on quickly.

Simple and easy to use. Prompts make it easy to use.

Almost most too many options as some duplicate the same taskings.

"Best way to send pictures"

What do you like best?

Relay is the best way to send pictures and large files to colleagues on mass emails

What do you dislike?

The operating system on the way to send it could be updated

When our department takes pictures to show our activities send them by Relay is easy and it can be done safely and virus-free

"Simple and user friendly "

What do you like best?

Easy to access most used links and get back to where you left off. Eady sign in process with sufficient security.

What do you dislike?

The overall look is a bit confusing at first. Takes a couple days training to figure out more complex features.

"Not like any other"

What do you like best?

Being able to add pins and destinations and phone numbers like businesses and destinations of where theyre going to

What do you dislike?

That is only available on iTunes and not in Google Play Store
