" Convenient and EASY"

What do you like best?

Mobile convenience. I like that I can be grocery shopping, receive a call, and book a cabin just like that! The ease of sending the paid receipts when I receive a check in the mail, or an email directing to withdraw some additional funds from their credit card toward the wedding.

What do you dislike?

Lately, the attached contract that is suppose to accompany payment or confirmation is not the correct one and Micah can't seem to get it fixed. We have a venue that rents out spaces by day as well as overnight cabins. Wish there was a way to create and assign the cleaning schedule for day at a time use when there might be another event that night.

When I write a personal comment in the confirmation or payment section, then switch to check something additional, and come back, the comment is erased.

When I cut them a check back for the refundable security deposit, I'd like to be able to tick off a box saying our company wrote the check instead of going into the system and adding our business as one of the payers. Often I just let it show negative amount owed, and the check number paid, but it still doesn't let us use our business name. Only their names to choose from.

Use the printout reports to show to the accountant, or give them access to look at your reports. Answers so many of the accountant's questions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

People can book directly on their own late at not "off business" hours. Convenient to collect more reservations when they can book on their own.

"Easy to use, versatile reservation software"

What do you like best?

The Grid is very well designed and easy to keep track of reservations. Good price point. No long term contracts. ResNexus can be used for a simple small business function or as a more complex hotel management software.

What do you dislike?

The new widget is too simple looking. If it had more detail I would implement it on our website.

Very professional reservation software. Easy to setup, learn and use. The reports tool is very useful for making business decisions. There is a new feature that transforms the ResNexus software into a channel manager in addition to just a direct booking engine.

increased online reservations due to a professional booking engine that links easily to our own website. The Reports tool is very useful for making business decisions.

"ResNexus is a Tool We Cannot Do Without"

What do you like best?

The seamless process that my customer finds to reserve with us.

What do you dislike?

Only one thing. If we have a return customer, and they have previously filled out a request in the Special Field, that remark shows up for future bookings. For example, "Using our Gift Certificate for this stay". That is good information for the booking they mean it for, but this remark will come up again in future bookings.

If you want confidence in your reservation system, ResNexus will absolutely provide that.

We have full confidence that reservations are being conveyed to us. We also have full confidence that double bookings will never happen.

"Always a good experience"

What do you like best?

I like that ResNexus is easy to use and has great marketing tools to help upsell more ammenities for the guest experience.

Support is always very helpful and patient in resolving any programming issues.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see the side bar fixed for specials and packages to be date driven when guests are booking online.

"Best Customer Service Ever"

What do you like best?

Their customer service/support is terrific.

What do you dislike?

Updating room rates is too time consuming. Front end is not intuitive to guests seeking to reserve a room.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Guests can make reservations on line freeing us up to handle other aspects of business.
