"Warehouse efficiency + Data management in one"

What do you like best?

Before RetailOps our warehouse was a mess. Now we can quickly find each product easily. This has greatly reduced shipping time as well as inventory errors. Also, before RetailOps we entered all of our data into an excel sheet and uploaded it to ChannelAdvisor. RetailOps has helped us normalize our data and makes creating POs and creating new products much easier.

What do you dislike?

In the past we have had troubles getting service when something needed to be fixed in a feed or something. I have seen that they are slowly improving at this front.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Better operations efficiencies and it will work just as well as we continue to grow.
