What do you like best?

The program takes minimal learning. It is easy to get started or be able to just jump into the program and use it without any major learning curve. It helps to have one fewer thing to explain to new employees, as they are able to navigate the system on their own. The software is simple and straight forward.

What do you dislike?

Although the simplicity of Retain is a positive, this ease of use comes at a cost because the program has some limitations. Searching for multiple, specific employees cannot be accomplished because there is no option to commence another search from a destination page. For example, if you search for employee A and then want to look up employee B, you must retain to the home page.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is a good option and very easy to get off the ground. Employees will be able to use the program with no costs attributed to program training or any similar costly efforts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking and assigning resources on a timely and efficient basis. As employees do not work in a centralized location, it can be difficult to communicate and track everybody. Retain allows for everybody to be aware of scheduling and potential conflicts.
