What do you like best?
In the ever-evolving email environment - where engagement, authentication and complex mailbox provider algorithms make or break a senders deliverability and inbox placement - it’s important to work with the best. Aligning with Return Path was an excellent decision for us and has allowed us to remain very competitive in the inbox. They have unique and vital relationships with many mailbox providers, and the insight that affords us is unparalleled. The tools are innovative and they are always working on the next best thing, plus, they are easy to integrate and customize, so we’re able to focus more energy and attention on building compelling creatives, content and growing our great email program.
What do you dislike?
We've been very happy working with Return Path, but some of our IPs are "shared", so we send on behalf of multiple domains and I would love a way to tap into even MORE within the "Inbox Monitor" tool based on this unique multi-domain set-up.
For our shared IPs, they treat us as if we were an ESP, but we're not and it's a very unique situation since we're owned by the users we send on behalf of. I feel there should be Certification options, above safelisting, available for organizations in this situation.

Set-up a webinar today and then see if a trial is available so you can really test it out and see if it makes sense for your business. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you're looking to accomplish with the tools and push the sales team to answer your questions. This product is not for everyone, so questions are key.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The Return Path portfolio has allowed us to maximize our inbox placement across all IPs, confidently warm up new IPs without a hitch, transition to fully responsive designs, target and resolve temporary deliverability issues with certain providers and so much more! I cannot say enough great things about the tools and the people at Return Path. Our program continues to grow and improve due to this great relationship.
