What do you dislike?
The bulk import from file sometimes creates extra bank acounts instead of using the existing ones.
There's an annoying trait whereby the software blanks out the dates in my imported statements. I think it's suppose to blank out credit card numbers but hasn't been tuned right. It makes manual matching of transactions to expenses more difficult than it needs to be.
Reports only allow the selection of all items or just a single item from each filter category. Being able to select more than one would be helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product
This software has everything I need. Some aspects aren't entirely intuitive. For example, if a receipt a matching credit-card transaction, the credit-card transaction is the best place to find the receipt. Matching (to the crdit card transaction) isn't always available from the receipt view. This is a minor issue to deal with, once you know about it.
I also really like how how expenses can be processed without adding to a "claim form" first (as some other software requires)
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Ensuring I have all my receipts matched to expenses matches to transactions. This ensures I can reimburse myself and recover expenses from customers. A people problem I'm trying to solve is the one where I lose receipts before taking a reliable photo of it.
Also, hoping for as much automation as possible because managing expenses is time consuimg and boaring.
