"Highly Recommended! By far the best Inventory Software I've used"

What do you like best?

We love how easy SalesBinder was to pick up and run with. It's been a really reliable system which we use every single day for running our business. Everything is integrated and works together so you can do things very quickly. Our sales staff can create invoices while on the phone with a customer, know what's currently in stock at which location, have the stock deducted automatically once the invoice is saved, and on top of that we also have it automatically sync with QuickBooks so our accountant has everything they need.

What do you dislike?

They have a pretty good iPhone app but we'd also like to see an Android app (which they say is coming soon).

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted a cloud based system so our team could access everything no matter where they are. Before using SalesBinder, it was really difficult for our team to keep our inventory up-to-date while things were constantly coming and going from our warehouses. We don't even have to think about this anymore since it's essentially all automated.

"AMZING!"

What do you like best?

Salesbinder has taken us to new levels.

Easy to use.

Very cost effective.

Great back up team.

Can't recommend Salesbinder highly enough!

Smooth integration with our accounts software.

There is very little to dislike.

It's perfect for SMEs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't bother looking at other, usually over priced, solutions.

Salebinder is the answer.

"Great Service with Great Staff"

What do you like best?

The ease of use has to be hands down the best part. It's so simple and takes little training for new employees to get started.

What do you dislike?

I wish we could combine our individual sales to customers in a more fluid fashion. It makes one off orders cumbersome to account for. Also I wish that you could delete old products and that your records were more adjustable.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Does not automate inventory from eCommerce sales channels, but is an excellent utility for inventory and PO and Invoices.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The app is an added benefit so employees can update stock on the go without needing to lug around a computer.

"Easy to use Purchase/Sales system"

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface

Lots of options available

Highly customizable divisions/departments

Easy to use inventory management

Built in barcode scanner support

Easy to use Purchase Order system with Vendor tracking

What do you dislike?

Must add new, never before purchased inventory to system before creating a PO - no option to create new item within inventory selection within PO creation.

No readily available ability to add Shipping charges to single items within orders; E.G. Ordering 2 items on Amazon, Item 1 is $0.00 S/H, Item 2 is $2.79 S/H. Must calculate shipping into item cost.

No ability to return/reclaim item from division to return partial cost of item for later distribution to different division.

Inventory location inside of PO creation easily overlooked causing location variance to be created.

Recommendations to others considering the product

SalesBinder is a very inclusive asset/inventory management tool. While it is missing some more specialized features that would be beneficial for us, the overall system works very well. Inventory management is very easy as well as the purchase order creation. Financial tracking/reporting is fantastic. It can be easy to accidentally put inventory in to the wrong location when creating a PO as the option for that is easily overlooked which can create a variation for the location. Easy to fix, but just one more thing to do if you forget.

Purchasing as needed items, as well as on hand inventory under one department but charging out to appropriate department upon distribution for reclamation of expense.

Finding purchase trends.

Inventory/Asset management.

"One of the best complete solution for retail businesses."

What do you like best?

Salesbinder is a complete solution for retail businesses. It comes with total inventory control management, quick and easy billing and smart purchasing all integrated with accounts.

What do you dislike?

This system not specific for construction, it's for general use. That's why we experience some limitation when using the program. But, the system still improving day by day.

Try it free at least 2 weeks, you will realize how easy to use.

Comes with all the necessary features needed for the operations of a retail management environment.

"Admin User"

What do you like best?

Very easy to use. Quick responses to needs from tech support. I have an age range of 20s-60s users that’s us it and everyone uses it well. Easy to setup and update

What do you dislike?

We are outgrowing the product. Inventory management could be better. Functionality needs to expand. The work flows need to be improved.

"decent sales/inventory system"

What do you like best?

Positives include multiple users, and the ability to see real time financial data. Simple interfaces and easy to implement. Good and prompt user support

What do you dislike?

Doesn’t have options to to for a recalculations as sometimes invoices are issued prior to receiving stock from suppliers where there might be a price change. Would useful to have and option to calculate financials based on FIFO as well

Quick to implement and able to deploy out quickly. Multiple Users able to manage their own customers for invoicing etc

"Simple and easy to use but lots of random errors."

What do you like best?

Simple and easy to use, easy way to stay organized.

What do you dislike?

Coding errors causing items to disappear when making quotes.

Search function is VERY bad.

good for a begginers CRM, does not integrate with other programs and has errors.

"Inventory and sales management tool, easy to sync office"

What do you like best?

Salesbinder is easy to use. The dashboard is easy to navigate through accounts, inventory, orders, etc. I helped a client get set up with Salesbinder and it was simple

What do you dislike?

It was simple but took a long time to enter all the information. My customer didn't have a management tool in place so we were transitioning from paper. It took a lot of patience.

Transitioned from paper based sales and inventory management. Much easier to organize.

Very easy to use. It does a great job of keeping track of inventory and your customers.

Nothing really. Maybe a way to narrow down reports.
