"Steelbrick with Salesforce kicks butt"

What do you like best?

Steelbrick has allowed for our team to revamp our current billing process. We love the ease and user friendly aspect to this product. Billing used to be a headache before our team adopted this product. No more spreadsheets! No more trying to hunt down who knows what about a customer and if they are paying us. All in one place and attached to our Salesforce CRM. Well designed!

What do you dislike?

There really isn't much to dislike about this product. The initial set up has been our biggest set back. I'm pretty sure that any company switching their billing systems knows the pains and tediousness of a large change. Steelbrick made it an alright change, but the data switch over has been time consuming.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is what we've need for a long time coming. It integrates well and keeps billing information and communication in a well laid out place. No more spreadsheets and lost information.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This has allowed for our billing process and workflow to be smoother and seamless. No more billing instances getting lost or falling through the cracks. This integrates with our CRM Salesforce and that is tremendous. Hot damn this solved our billing woes!

"Phenomenal Team, Great to Work With!"

What do you like best?

The Invoice IT Team really took the time to properly understand our business needs, and demo their tool in a manner which illustrated how WE were going to use the product. It is very hard to find vendors that take the time to understand your needs a customer, preferring to show how great their tool is. What differentiated Invoice IT from others is they took the time to understand our current workflow, what we wanted it to look like, and were able to execute demos that clearly showed they took time to understand us. Cannot stress that enough.

Oh, and the implementation and post-implementation was fantastic! We had several "Oh can you do this too!" moments where once we began to understand the tool more that we kept asking for more, and they delivered.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing in the process to dislike. Start to finish I truly felt we had the right partner in Invoice IT for our needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think my answers to other review questions answer this, but just in case you missed those I will say it again. If you are looking for an integrated solution for subscription management and billing, you HAVE to talk to these guys.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using multiple web-base solutions to handle a business function. While each tool worked well for it's specific function, the overall workflow was clunky and had no proper controls. Invoice IT's solution allows us to have one integrated solution that meets our business need, improves controls, enables time efficiency, and overall better management.

"Great Partner for implementing Ordering and Billing withn Salesforce.com"

What do you like best?

The fact that it's a cost effective solution, built on the Force.com platform has been essential for us. Tha provided us the the flexibility to easily administer, customize and add on to the quotes, opportunities, orders, invoices to meet our complex customer and subscription needs.

We were able to implement relatively quickly, including data migration of extensive legacy data, relatively quickly.

The InvoiceIT/SteelBrick team has been very good to work with. Theyre very responsive and accommodating.

What do you dislike?

We implemented InvoiceIT prior to the SteelBrick acquisition, and will be looking forward to a new document generation engine.

There are some advanced financial controls and reporting functionality that we're looking forward to in future releases.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This provides us with one platform where we can provude users with the abiltiy to perform CRM, Sales Opportunity Management, Order Processing, Subscription Management, Invoicing and Collections in one shared system.

"Was a perfect solution with great customer service"

What do you like best?

The support team was great and helped us to recreate our in-house CPQ in a matter of minutes allowing us to focus on our business goals rather than being stuck sorting our the technology

What do you dislike?

There was very little to dislike as we use Salesforce Billing in a relatively simple way

Go for it. Work with the support team to set it up quickly in a way that allows the company to grow.

We have seen the full integration of our CRM system with our CPQ solution which has also allowed the integration of our finance department as well.

Remote teams are able access Billing and ensure that all systems are completely up-to-date.

"On it's way"

What do you like best?

It's on the SFDC platform so the integration is great. Having knowledge of SFDC really empowers you to make customizations that a client needs without heavy outside integration.

What do you dislike?

There are still some features that are missing. Support, Community, and documentation is still on the light side

Recommendations to others considering the product

Focus heavily on requirements early in the game. The platform can be customized to do almost anything but if you don't understand what "done" is for your implementation it can become a serious challenge.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The goal was to be able to track transactional billing data in SFDC and then pass it to SAP and replacing some redundant troublesome middleware.

"Fantastic Partner for Sales Ordering and Billing on Salesforce"

What do you like best?

We spent several months exploring a variety of invoicing solutions that were also Salesforce compatible. We are beyond excited to partner with Invoice IT – their staff has been extremely supportive and rapidly adopted our nomenclature. They have even had remarkable turnaround times on customizations we have thrown their way. To be frank – we tend to have odd demands and our requirements changed, but Invoice IT team handled the changes with great professionalism. They are, hands down, the best Sales Ordering and Billing platform on Salesforce!

What do you dislike?

In working with them for over 4 months, we have not had any noteworthy challenges.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We currently send out over 45,000 monthly invoices primarily via Microsoft Access. The automation and real-time benefits as well as external-facing solutions have solved a plethora of other problems as well as minimized the number of vendors we are dependent upon for this business process.
