"Helped to launch one of our biggest clients"

What do you like best?

The ability create and implement complex and vital workflow process to our operational side of the business that puts us head of the competition. As well the configuration ability that can allow for custom changes tailored to each specific client to ensure maximum efficiency. And Salesforce support is just top notch very through.

What do you dislike?

With so much customization it can become a bit overwhelming at times to piece together all of the necessary resources in order to implement and on-board the client successfully.

Very versatile tool that can serve to implement complex functions needed when on-boarding our clients. Due to this application we can provide industry leading features and functions that puts us ahead of our competition

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have resolved some gap analysis for multiple clients using this tool to find the appropriate solutions that fit their needs. The benefits were a quick implementation of the changes using the platform

"Field Service Lightning is great"

What do you like best?

The thing I like best is the ease of using FSL and navigation once you learn it, which is very easy. It organizes and keeps track of everything your working on and if it's past due and gives you your stats. I use it in my Customer Relations department to keep track and work cancellation cases.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike about it except on the customer service side.. It feels like you are repeating your work by having to enter service call in one program and then entering in FSL

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend this program as it keeps very good track of all different kinds of information for all departments.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps keep track of our cancellation cases and let's you know when each case should be completed by marking them past due.

"Very trustworthy software. EASY TO USE!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use. The ability to communicate with management, and gave management the ability to forward any necessary information to employees on the job. This software really connected the dots and helped management & employees effectively communicate with each other, and also have clear and concise directions and tasks.

What do you dislike?

At times the service did not work as we wanted, but customer service was able to get us up and running again

Give it a chance. This was very effective for what we needed it for!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling and task management. Helped us effectively communicate with employees in different areas and give them their tasks. With employees being in many different areas, this effectively increased our productivity and efficiency for jobs that needed to be done.

What do you like best?

How quick and easy it is to access. Salesforce is a great thing, it’s easy to log in and put data in for my clients.

How slow the pages load sometimes, but other than that it’s pretty amazing.

I really like field service lightening and how easy it is to navigate. I like the daily activity reminders on the side and how you can sync your email updates.

What do you dislike?

I didn't like the transition from classic as the layout is completely different.

What do you like best?

I really like the automatic updates from emails and even the news that show up on the dashboard.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the fact that you cant FIND DUPLICATES on anything accounts for leads.

Hard to learn and remember how to download certain information.

Have realistic expectations. It will take time to upload all the information in there.

"Great looking UI, but long ways to go"

What do you like best?

The UI is great, and pretty easy to navigate, highly customizable and reporting is great

It slows down after awhile. Certain buttons go missing for a period of time

Cost of license of salesforce products is expensive in general. Managing who actually needs access at a given point in time is difficult to manage cost.

Make sure to not just implement and give everyone a license. Managing cost is important.
