"Salesforce - On the GO"

What do you like best?

The ability to access all of my Salesforce data on the go. The application works smoothly, and allows for full access to all the information I need while on the go.

What do you dislike?

For the information to be visible, you need to make sure you have a compatible Lightning App. Once that is done, everything works seamlessly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Once you have working Lightning Apps, using the mobile platform is fairly straight forward. The mobile app and platform allow for on-the-go updating and usage!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Salesforce Mobile we are allows our outside sales people to be able to get any info they need while on the go. They can log calls, update records, all while on the go, without the use of laptops.

"Salesforce App Cloud Mobile lives upto my expectations"

What do you like best?

Salesforce App Cloud Mobile has provided excellent features for creating apps for enterprises which can benefit its employees, partners and stake holders. It comprises of many components such as Force.com functionality, Heroku Enterprise and Lightning which makes it easy for the business people to create apps with very little coding or no coding at all.

It also offers to make the application in offline mode and use the SmartSync API for synchronizing the data between the Salesforce server and offline database. This makes it easier to simply take care of the UI development and leaving the sync functionality to be performed by Salesforce App Cloud.

What do you dislike?

Although Salesforce has managed to bring up a complete end to end service in their Cloud App, but it lags some of the features such as the “What If” scenarios, Automatic Notifications & Reminders, Multiple Location support. This makes it a little problematic when I need these functionalities.

It includes services for integrating the data, scalability of your application and a 100% secured app environment for the users.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has got many benefits over its alternatives like Domo and OutSystems when it comes to security part. It offers features like User identification, completely encrypted database, multi factor authentication and secured transactions. Data can be imported from any database like SQL or Oracle to be made available for live streaming also.

It has provided a faster runtime for the users to download it from the PlayStore within seconds and rapidly build apps which can be deployed using the custom components.

"Salesforce Mobile Platform - In need of some updates"

What do you like best?

I like that there is an app for Salesforce. It shows all of my patient's information.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the ease of usability. It's not great for writing therapist notes on the go. Also, It doesn't seem as secure as the non-mobile platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The non-mobile platform is better.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ideally it would solve the business problem of having to write therapist notes at home. I would be able to do them while I'm on the go.

"Great application for working with Salesforce on the go"

What do you like best?

Application is secure and allows you to access Salesforce information while offline

What do you dislike?

Requires Salesforce account to use. Adapts itself to desktop navigation which is sometimes nice and sometimes not.

Great platform to build your business upon.

Ability to call customers durectly from app and log information immediate after the call. Don’t have to maintain two sets of contacts

"Highly intuitive - if your org is set up right"

What do you like best?

Super easy design with great voice-to-text feature to log notes against meetings

What do you dislike?

If your org isn't set up in a way that makes sense, then it's harder to use the mobile app to your advantage. If the org is set up well, then the switch to mobile is a breeze.

If you have Salesforce, encourage mobile adoption as much as possible. It's great!

Easy to handle selling on the go. Easy to review notes from team members on the go. Can check all of my data in one place and update easily.

What do you like best?

The Salesforce mobile platform provides the same experience on any device. Information is always at your fingertips.

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything specific that I dislike. I wish more companies would utilize the power of the platform for their mobile initiatives.

The Salesforce mobile platform doesn't require any special coding or effort to make it work. It's baked right into the platform.

"Very intuivtive and easy to use"

What do you like best?

That you can edit pretty much anything and run admin tasks straight from your phone.

What do you dislike?

The UI could use some improvements but overall its good.

Performing admin tasks on the go. This App helps with resetting user passwords on the fly as well as other cool things.

Dashboards are hard to build. Instructions are not easy to follow.
