What do you like best?
Salesforce is the leader in CRM. They have the best functionality and breadth of features to address any number of requirements. The rollout was smooth and sales, marketing, sales ops, PM and other executive teams had great visibility into the sales pipeline, sales progress, updates, actions, changes in opportunities, tracking, integration with support, account configuration and much more. The analytics piece still need lot of work as UX is user friendly. It is much more confusing. Signing up for broader number of feature increases complexitiy at all levels up to admins.
What do you dislike?
It is great but it comes with price. Analytics could be better.
Recommendations to others considering the product
It is not for all. It depends on your use cases, expertise within organization, scope of the deployment, time to market and most of above budget.
