"Mejor CRM"

What do you like best?

Salesforce es el líder en CRM. Tienen la mejor funcionalidad y amplitud de características para abordar cualquier cantidad de requisitos. El despliegue fue fluido y las ventas, marketing, operaciones de ventas, PM y otros equipos ejecutivos tuvieron una gran visibilidad del flujo de ventas, progreso de ventas, actualizaciones, acciones, cambios en oportunidades, seguimiento, integración con soporte, configuración de cuenta y mucho más. La pieza analítica todavía necesita mucho trabajo ya que UX es fácil de usar. Es mucho más confuso. Registrarse en un número más amplio de funciones aumenta la complejidad en todos los niveles hasta los administradores.

En definitiva es muy funcional y muy manejable

What do you dislike?

Es genial, pero viene con precio que puede parecer elevado a ciertas empresas. Analytics podría ser mejor.

Deberían vender una version lite, con menos funciones pero un precio mas bajo para aquellas empresas que no necesiten tanto

No es para todos Depende de sus casos de uso, experiencia dentro de la organización, alcance de la implementación, tiempo de comercialización y la mayor parte del presupuesto anterior.

"Best CRM ever"

What do you like best?

Salesforce is the leader in CRM. They have the best functionality and breadth of features to address any number of requirements. The rollout was smooth and sales, marketing, sales ops, PM and other executive teams had great visibility into the sales pipeline, sales progress, updates, actions, changes in opportunities, tracking, integration with support, account configuration and much more. The analytics piece still need lot of work as UX is user friendly. It is much more confusing. Signing up for broader number of feature increases complexitiy at all levels up to admins.

What do you dislike?

It is great but it comes with price. Analytics could be better.

It is not for all. It depends on your use cases, expertise within organization, scope of the deployment, time to market and most of above budget.

One stop solution for all sales related activities, sales updates, pipeline management, forecasting, configuration management, procurement, marketing, event management, Marketo integration, analytics, sales operations etc.

"SFDC Thunder"

What do you like best?

I am one of Salesforce's bigger fans because of the robustness of the platform. The reporting capabilities are unmatched. The AppExchange is unmatched as well.

What do you dislike?

Not enough data cleaning features native to Salesforce. Also, after converting Leads to Contacts, they still show up in my Lead reports.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great product, overall. If you've never used it, I hear it can be a steep learning curve but I'm far enough removed from that at this point that I can't vouch.

"One of the best CRM platforms out there!"

What do you like best?

Saas based solution, CRM can be managed out of the box

Excellent online training via trailheads

What do you dislike?

extra features require additional (very expensive licences)

Contract renewal time salesforce, force a 5% uplift on your cost for future developments which you then have to pay for again

Recommendations to others considering the product

Salesforce will try to sell you everything, keep in mind your requirements and stick to them.

Negotiate longer contracts to mitigate 5% uplift

What do you like best?

salesforce has literally melted into our team's needs and wants

What do you dislike?

Reporting, easy but one glitch can ruin everything

IS there really another comparable choice? Do the research and you will clearly find this is "light years" ahead of the competition

"Good options to automate and respond to events in real time "

What do you like best?

It helps to automate a lot of daily tasks thus freeing up time for other activities

It is expensive and continues to make us more dependent on Salesforce as a service

Search function is VERY limited. Almost have to have the exact wording for it to appear in the search results.

"Powerful tool that keeps innovating"

What do you like best?

The Process Builder, dashboard builder, Salesforce Campaigns, trailhead community to learn the tool

What do you dislike?

Complex tool that requires an admin to set up and deploy the platform.

3 releases a year, continuous innovation through salesforce acquisitions and huge community that can help one another to learn and supercharge admins!

Centralized data, visibility into KPIs company wide, ability to track touchpoints with SFDC campaigns and great integration with marketing automation tools to align marketing and sales teams.

"SFDC is great"

What do you like best?

It's really useful, helps keep everyone aligned. Pages load quick

What do you dislike?

If someone opens your reecord, you have to retype in all your info or it won't save

"Integrated processing engine"

What do you like best?

Ease of use when doing processes on Salesforce, before this it was quite hard to do this kind of processing.

What do you dislike?

Still has some hiccups, but in general excellent tool that will satisfy everyone's needs.

We are processing a few of our processes using Thunder and it has proven to be good enough for almost everything we are using.

"Awful"

What do you like best?

It is a large volume of information in one place.

What do you dislike?

Everything else. Nothing about it is intuitive, it's glitchy as hell, at the app sucks.
